The Next Step

In order to manage your affairs with the greatest efficiency and minimum time commitment on your behalf, we require basic information from you. We will also require a letter of appointment and your authorisation to receive documents from other sources. These include:

  • Copies of rental agreements, statements and other relevant information from your managing agent
  • Copies of documents and correspondence from the Inland Revenue
  • Information from the provider of the loan used to purchase the property
  • Appropriate copies of legal documents or agreements from your solicitors

In addition we will require you to sign an authority which will enable us to communicate with the UK Revenue Authorities.

Please complete the Tax Response Form and submit using the button on the form, or print the form, complete by hand and send to Kate Cross at Hakim Fry International. Upon receipt, we will acknowledge your appointment or Hakim Fry International, setting out the services to be performed in a Letter of Engagement. We will then immediately put in hand all matters described in this guide.
