Hakim Fry International offer a comprehensive range of services to the Letting Agent/Property Manager and their clients in connection with Taxation and Business issues. Our expertise will enable the professional and their clients to meet all obligations and responsibilities as required by the Inland Revenue.

Hakim Fry International is associated with many Letting Agents/Property Managers both in the UK and overseas. We have also undertaken training on behalf of the National Association of Estate Agents and presented in house training for both large and small businesses.

One of the add-on benefits to our professional clients results from our world-wide visits where we both meet with and make presentations to overseas landlords. The visits give the landlord the opportunity to discuss any issues and concerns which they may have and to be updated on the latest Tax legislation.

We are also able to assist in cases where Gross Applications have not been made, have been denied or withdrawn.
